Steps to make 桂花糖葫芦

  • 1.山楂清洗干净,用小刀挖去内核
  • 2.用竹签串好山楂
  • 3.锅中掉入一杯水,再加200g的桂花糖,小火熬成糖浆
  • 4.待到糖浆粘稠,微微变黄的时候,把山楂串放入糖浆中,均匀的裹满糖浆
  • 5.糖葫芦出锅后放在涂有色拉油的砧板上冷却,这样可以防止糖葫芦粘连
