  • 全蛋液30g
  • 葡萄籽油70g
  • 低筋粉150g
  • 玫瑰茶水20g
  • 泡打粉1g
  • 小苏打1.5g

Steps to make 玫瑰花酥饼

  • 1.我选用了云南产的野生金边玫瑰,这种玫瑰花花朵小,颜色是深红色的,做出来的点心颜色会更漂亮。把干的玫瑰花去掉花拖,只要花瓣。这个工作要提前做,我小心翼翼的剥了半小时
  • 2.再取20朵花开水冲泡,泡半杯浓花茶水备用。
  • 3.因酥饼属于中式面点类,所以这次用的面粉是新良的中式面点粉,把面粉粉、泡打粉、小苏打提前拌均匀过筛
  • 4.加入蛋液及白糖,还有油
  • 5.油我是用来葡萄籽油,这样稍微健康些。也可以用黄油和其他食用油
  • 6.把面粉拌均匀,要揉搓到很均匀的样子
  • 7.拌均匀后放入玫瑰花瓣
  • 8.再拌均匀,此时拌好的面会稍微有些干,不能成团。
  • 9.倒入少许泡好的玫瑰水,我用了20克
  • 10.,拌均匀,抓一下可以成团即可。

  • 12.摆放到烤盘中,饼坯直接要留空隙,因为烤的时候饼会膨胀
  • 13.烤箱150度预热5-10分钟,然后入烤箱烤20分钟
  • 14.烤好的玫瑰花酥饼,掰开看看,很多的玫瑰花瓣,淡淡的玫瑰花香,而且很酥的口感,亲想不想尝尝呢?!
