    Steps to make 红酒洋梨

    • 1.原料备用。
    • 2.锅中倒入适量的红葡萄酒。
    • 3.加入细砂糖。
    • 4.加入折断的桂皮香草荚。黑胡椒粒。
    • 5.加入切片的柠檬。
    • 6.梨子洗净,去皮。
    • 7.切成块,去掉内核。
    • 8.梨块放入锅中。(经典的做法是用锡泊纸作锅盖,盖上)
    • 9.用中火煮20-25分钟,待梨子煮至以刀尖可以轻易插入的状态,捞出置于铺有网架的托盘上,冷却。
    • 10.冷却的梨块,切成薄片。
    • 11.按个人喜好摆盘。
    • 12.淋上过滤后煮成酱汁的汤汁,装饰即可(如果有香草冰淇淋,可以挖一个球,放在中间)。
