  • 玉米淀粉10g

Steps to make 百香果果脯

  • 1.把2-3个百香果肉汁挖出来放进冰箱冷藏待用,攒了几天的10几个果壳,因为前些日子做的百香果果酱还没吃完,就只好每天吃几个洗净放冰箱存着,直可惜做果酱时扔掉的果壳,真是暴殄天物啊……
  • 2.把果壳切成两半,撕掉里边的瓤,这样成品干净清爽,也可不用弄掉,唉~颜值控综合症……
  • 3.放入锅中加清水没过果壳烧开转小火煮约30分钟
  • 4.捞出用小勺取沿果壳边缘轻轻将果肉挖出
  • 5.用清水冲洗两遍,轻轻挤捏一下,去掉苦涩味,一定要温柔哦,否则肉肉会碎给你看,如果喜欢果肉特殊的味道可忽略此步
  • 6.把果肉一层糖一层铺在碗中,盖上盖子放入冰箱冷藏一夜
  • 7.取出果汁加入少许玉米淀粉搅匀
  • 8.将果肉裹上淀粉果浆平铺在垫有烤纸的烤盘中
  • 9.预热烤箱120度,放入烤箱中层100度30分钟,拿出翻面再烤30分钟即可
  • 10.很有颜值哦~
