火麻仁红焖羊排
其实以前我并不是很喜欢吃羊肉,所以买的少也就做的少了。这次的羊排是在网上订的,非常新鲜,快递过来的,而且这次做的也很成功,羊排鲜嫩入味,汤汁鲜美,放上火麻仁,更增加了营养,受到家人的赞美,推荐给大家。

  • 1.准备好食材:羊排泡去血水,清洗干净,甪煮好的花椒、姜片水浸泡2个小时去膻味,捞出沥干水分备用。
  • 2.锅中放油,爆香姜蒜片。
  • 3.放入羊排煸炒,放料酒。
  • 4.放入好人家调料。
  • 5.一起炒香。
  • 6.放适量水并放辅料,此时转入高压锅上汽20分钟左右。
  • 7.回锅收汁。
  • 8.出锅装盘,放香菜。
  • 9. 撒上火麻仁增香增营养。
