家里做了些肉松,自然想起那香味四溢的肉松卷面包!可是,面包后薄很难掌握,做出来不一定卷得起来,而且表面破裂还影响卖相,自家吃,那就来一个简易替代吧。味道一样,不错喔

  • 高筋面粉600ml
  • 牛奶200ml
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 酵母8克
  • 1茶匙
  • 黄油40克
  • 30克
  • 葱花1段
  • 沙拉酱2勺
  • 肉松3勺

Steps to make 肉松夹心片

  • 1.温牛奶搅酵母,加入鸡蛋、盐、糖搅拌;然后加黄油发成面包面团
  • 2.把面团抹平在烤盘上,垫上油纸比较好!然后抹上葱花
  • 3.静待二次发酵,大概半小时。盖上湿纱布比较好
  • 4.发酵玩涂抹蛋液
  • 5.上下火,200度,20分钟
  • 6.去掉油纸
  • 7.对半切
  • 8.发面不错,很松软
  • 9.然后取一半,切开
  • 10.切成两片
  • 11.完成两片
  • 12.挤上沙拉酱
  • 13.抹上肉松
  • 14.盖起来,切段!完成
  • 15.完成了
