  • 里脊肉300g
  • 淀粉100g
  • 面粉50g
  • 蕃茄酱20ml
  • 20g
  • 5ml
  • 生抽5ml
  • 料酒15ml

Steps to make 锅包肉

  • 1.里脊肉切成1厘米左右厚的肉片。
  • 2.加入盐、料酒、白胡椒粉拌匀腌制半小时。
  • 3.面粉和调成糊状。
  • 4.锅内放油,油温七成热,将腌好的肉片裹上淀粉糊糊下锅炸至定型
  • 5.捞出备用。
  • 6.油温继续加热到8成热,将肉片再次下锅炸至金黄色捞出。
  • 7.稍微有点过火了,油一定要宽,更好操作。
  • 8.碗内放番茄酱,白糖,淀粉,生抽,醋,盐,加水搅拌均匀。
  • 9.就是这样。
  • 10.倒入热锅,做成芡汁。
  • 11.将肉片倒入锅内,翻炒均匀出锅即可。
