回锅两面黄
记得小时候,每次妈妈做这道菜的时候,我都会搬个凳子围在灶头边,就是为了可以再第一时间吃到刚出锅的豆腐,金灿灿的豆腐,很漂亮,咬一口外面酥脆,里面水嫩,满嘴都是豆香味,那种味蕾冲击的感觉很爽!

  • 大蒜5瓣

Steps to make 回锅两面黄

  • 1.准备好所需材料
  • 2.豆腐切0.5厘米厚的大片,然后改小片
  • 3.青红椒切滚刀,肉切片备用
  • 4.平底锅烧热,放油烧到7成热,放入切好的豆腐片
  • 5.煎到两面金黄色,起锅备用
  • 6.锅烧热放一点油,煸炒一下肥肉,然后放入姜蒜,炒至蒜略成金黄色,放入瘦肉炒到变色,加入老抽
  • 7.放入青红椒,继续煸炒
  • 8.青红椒吵到7分熟,加入煎好的豆腐,放入盐,白糖,出锅时加少许鸡精,即可
