醉虾
一道美味的西昌名菜。把新鲜的小河虾采用调料和酒,把他闷醉的方式调料简单,风味独特,肉质细嫩这道菜的重点之重就是一定要用新鲜的小河加冰冻过的或者是死的都不行哦嗯,由于家里面有小孩儿,所以我把平时用的甜米酒,就是煮汤圆用的醪糟代替了白酒。没想到别有一番风味儿。。。

  • 新鲜小河虾半斤
  • 少许
  • 芹菜一根
  • 香菜二根
  • 小米辣5个
  • 甜米酒半碗
  • 生抽二匙
  • 白糖少许
  • 米醋一匙
  • 芝麻油少许
  • 料酒。半匙
  • 凉白开一碗

Steps to make 醉虾

  • 1.市场买来新鲜的小虾。放在清水中加淡盐水,姜片,料酒去腥。把它泡一个小时。
  • 2.甜米酒,生抽,米醋,白糖,芝麻油,调成一碗位汁
  • 3.把泡好的小虾用凉白开快速的清洗一次。放进一个盘中,放入刚才做好的味汁,放入切好的。小葱头,芹菜。芹菜2荆条,香菜小米辣均匀搅拌。。
  • 4.盖上盖子焖三个小时。
  • 5.小虾在酒里面。最难完全吸收了香味儿。特别的好吃。
