海参粥
海参是一道名贵的食材,与人参、燕窝、鱼翅齐名,是世界八珍之一。海参不仅是珍贵的食品,也是名贵的药材。据《本草纲目拾遗》中记载:海参,味甘咸,补肾,益精髓,摄小便,壮阳疗痿,其性温补,足敌人参,故名海参。海参具有提高记忆力、延缓性腺衰老,防止动脉硬化以及抗肿瘤等作用。

Steps to make 海参粥

  • 1.淡干海参是需要泡发的,先行泡24-48小时,泡至海参体软
  • 2.去沙嘴,剪断内筋。
  • 3.然后开水煮30-50分钟,至用指甲能掐透,自然晾凉
  • 4.继续泡到海参发至当初的2-2.5倍大小,约48-72小时泡发成功
  • 5.取两条泡好的海参,一量杯小米
  • 6.将米淘洗干净,下入开水中,大火煮开转小火煮20分钟左右
  • 7.加入海参和少许姜丝,其中一条海参已切片,切不切片随自己喜好,继续煮10分钟
  • 8.出锅前加盐和少许鸡精,拌匀即可
  • 9.营养滋补的海参粥做好了。
