  • 老抽15
  • 白糖50
  • 鸡精少许
  • 料酒少许
  • 蛋清少许
  • 淀粉少许
  • 香油10g

Steps to make 京酱肉丝

  • 1.猪里脊肉用蛋清,淀粉,料酒腌制好备用
  • 2.甜面酱,白糖,老抽,少许鸡精调汁备用
  • 3.将调好的酱汁和豆腐皮开锅后蒸5分钟备用
  • 4.锅热后加食用油
  • 5.将调好的里脊肉下油锅翻炒
  • 6.将里脊肉炒至6成熟左右
  • 7.加入蒸好的酱汁继续翻炒
  • 8.不停地翻炒加了酱汁的肉丝,让酱汁将肉丝包裹完全,收汁即可。
  • 9.将炒好的肉丝装盘,大葱切成细丝,豆腐皮放盘边即可。
  • 10.用豆腐皮包起葱丝,京酱肉丝,可以开吃了哦!!!
