    Steps to make 湘味——老坛酸辣椒炒酥鱼块

    • 1.拿出老坛酸辣椒
    • 2.泡椒切段、红尖椒切段、姜切片、大蒜拍散、酥鱼块
    • 3.起锅热冷油,放入姜片、蒜头块
    • 4.蒜黄点放入红尖椒炒软,放适量盐
    • 5.放入酥鱼块,鱼块受热后
    • 6.放入泡椒段,同时放入适量的生抽,倒入少许纯净水,鱼块均匀受热后(不能煮太久,否则泡椒就不脆了)
    • 7.大火收汁出锅,酥香、酸辣、开胃。
