芋圆烧仙草
初夏,总觉得有些燥热,用仙草粉做些仙草冻加上芋圆,搭配自己喜欢的蔬果,浇上各种甜汁,开起夏日清凉模式吧!

  • 自制蜜红豆少许
  • 红茶少许

Steps to make 芋圆烧仙草

  • 1.木薯粉和少量清水备好。
  • 2.取少许仙草粉加一定比例(仙草粉外包装上有)清水,化开。
  • 3.把化开的仙草汁加入一定比例的开水中,继续搅拌煮好。
  • 4.不停搅拌煮至仙草汁熟透,发粘。
  • 5.倒入模具,凉透后放入冰箱冷餐几小时。
  • 6.红薯蒸好。
  • 7.压成泥。
  • 8.加入少许白糖,加入刚才图一的木薯粉,再酌情添加少许清水揉成木薯面团。
  • 9.蜜红豆提前做好(红豆浸泡过夜,加入刚没过红豆的水高压锅压熟,然后拌入白糖即可)。
  • 10.木薯面团轻轻滚成长条状,切小段(然后搓圆再每个小段)。
  • 11.烧开一锅水,放入芋圆(我没有搓圆),中火继续煮至芋圆熟透大概十五分钟,关火闷五分钟。
  • 12.捞出芋圆备用。
  • 13.锅里放入一包红茶,加入适量清水,煮五分钟。
  • 14.关火闷五分钟,取出茶包。
  • 15.加入适量牛奶。
  • 16.加入少许白糖,小火煮至边缘冒泡,白糖融化即可,关火凉透备用。
  • 17.碗里放入已经做好的蜜红豆、仙草冻、芋圆。
  • 18.浇上冷却的奶茶汁。
  • 19.一碗美味的芋圆烧仙草就做好了,还是奶茶味儿的哦。
