【红豆牛奶冰棒】

  • 牛奶粉5大匙
  • 鲜奶油100毫升
  • 玉米粉3大匙

Steps to make 【红豆牛奶冰棒】

  • 1.牛奶粉加少许热水拌均匀无颗粒状。(放牛奶粉的奶香味会更加滴浓郁,也可放鲜奶)
  • 2.玉米粉也用少许白开水调匀。(用玉米粉来勾芡,冰棒咬下去没有那种有碎冰的感觉,而是棉棉滴)
  • 3.小锅中烧开少许的水,待滚放下3大匙的红豆沙。(喜欢较多的红豆,可多放些)
  • 4.煮至红豆撒开,微滚,转中火。
  • 5.倒下调好的牛奶水和糖拌匀。(试下甜味,甜度要比平常的多些,因为冰过的东西比未冰过的较不甜,甜度高些,这样冰出来的冰棒甜味才刚刚好)
  • 6.接着放下调好的玉米粉水。
  • 7.快手把它拌匀勾芡成浓稠状,这时就要关火了。
  • 8.最后倒下鲜奶油拌匀它即成浓浓奶香味的红豆牛奶混合物。(加入鲜奶油口感会比较滑顺)
  • 9.待凉时倒入有嘴的量杯中方便倒入冰棒模具。
  • 10.倒进模具8分满。(我做的份量用这样的模具能做6个)
  • 11.盖上盖子,放进冰箱冷冻格里冷冻过夜即成。
  • 12.第2天出箱的【红豆牛奶冰棒】用水龙头水在它的外面冲一下就能轻易地脱模了。
  • 13.在这炎热的天气里,喜欢的就来一条吧。。。。。咬下去棉棉滴,散发出浓浓的奶香味参着红豆碎粒在口中。。。。。
