Steps to make 芝士牛角面包

  • 1.将温水、蛋液、油等液体依次加入面包桶,加入盐和白糖,筛入高筋粉和奶粉,加入酵母,启动两个和面程序,启动发酵程序,发酵好的面团取出
  • 2.揉匀排气,盖上保鲜膜饧15分钟
  • 3.擀成长方形
  • 4.对角斜切,分成6份
  • 5.取一份面片,铺上芝士片,在宽部中间切开约1.5厘米,向两边卷起直至整个面片全部卷起来
  • 6. 卷好的牛角包
  • 7.码入烤盘
  • 8.入烤箱45度40分钟二次发酵
  • 9.发酵好的面团取出刷蛋液
  • 10.烤箱160度预热,上下火中层烤20分钟左右
  • 11.出炉。
  • 12.装盘。
