酸奶芒果慕斯蛋糕

Steps to make 酸奶芒果慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.吉利丁片用水泡一会,捞出放入50g牛奶中,隔水加热使吉利丁融化,晾凉。
  • 3.芒果果肉与白糖、酸奶、吉利丁液搅打成芒果酸奶慕斯液。
  • 4.蛋糕取一小于六寸圆片。
  • 5.放入六寸蛋糕底部。
  • 6.倒入慕斯液,放入冰箱冷藏2小时。
  • 7.才发现QQ糖买的是小包装,用2包吧。
  • 8.40gQQ糖,加50g水隔水融化后,晾凉。
  • 9.2小时后,拿出倒在慕斯上面,再放入冰箱冷藏4小时以上。
  • 10.用电吹风轻吹一圈,推出,切块。
  • 11.成品。
