自制原味无糖酸奶
自从学会做酸奶后我就很少买市售的酸奶了,自制原味无糖酸奶口感柔和、轻盈,奶香浓郁,香滑浓稠,可直接饮用,还能搭配果酱、水果、点心,也能用来做酸奶蔬菜水果沙拉。

Steps to make 自制原味无糖酸奶

  • 1.材料和器具准备好:脱脂牛奶、酸奶菌、酸奶杯、加热饭盒、沸水。
  • 2.量杯、酸奶杯、盖子、勺子全部入大盆,浇入沸水。
  • 3.将杯子、盖子取出,手不要沾杯子内部,防止污染;烫杯子的水倒适量入加热饭盒中。
  • 4.少量牛奶倒入量杯,倒入酸奶菌,再倒入牛奶将菌粉冲散,用勺子搅拌至菌粉融化。
  • 5.牛奶倒入酸奶杯中,9分满,盖上盖子。
  • 6.酸奶杯放加热饭盒里,盖上盖子,通电。
  • 7.在手机APP上操作,酸奶可8小时完成;可在头天晚上做好以上几步,第二天一早就能喝上冷却的香滑酸奶了。
  • 8.这是凝固好的原味酸奶,可以直接食用,也可以加入果酱或者蜂蜜、水果等食用。
  • 9.自制原味无糖酸奶,营养健康,清爽又开胃!
