  • 稻米油30g
  • 牛奶40克
  • 白醋几滴
  • 白糖60g

Steps to make 肉松菠菜蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备材料,菠菜榨汁
  • 2.分离蛋黄蛋清
  • 3.蛋黄里放30克糖
  • 4.放油30克
  • 5.放牛奶40克
  • 6.筛入低粉90克
  • 7.放菠菜汁50克
  • 8.和成面糊
  • 9.蛋清加几滴白醋打成粗泡
  • 10.加白糖,第一次加入10克
  • 11.打成细泡时,第二次加入10克白糖
  • 12.继续搅打,第三次加入10克白糖
  • 13.直到蛋清完全打发,放根筷子能立住即可
  • 14.蛋黄糊里放三分之一蛋清搅拌
  • 15.再放入剩下的三分之二,切拌式搅拌均匀
  • 16.烤盘放油纸,倒入蛋糕糊
  • 17.烤箱175度烤制20分钟,倒扣过来。以免回缩
  • 18.撒上肉松和沙拉酱
  • 19.卷成蛋糕卷,放冰箱冷藏
  • 20.切成蛋卷,配上水果,咖啡,很不错的下午茶吧,看我家小胖的小手已经迫不及待的伸过来啦
