    • 1.鸡腿洗净入锅焯水,水开后捞出用凉水冲洗干净;
    • 2.另起一锅放入焯水后的鸡腿,加葱、姜、花椒和凉水煮至鸡肉熟透;
    • 3.鸡腿焖好后立即捞出,放进冰水里彻底过凉,晾凉后沥干水分,将鸡肉切成块,装在盘中;
    • 4.小米椒、香葱、蒜分别切成碎末,花生碾磨成碎;
    • 5.将小米椒、香葱、白糖、三生川夫妻肺片放入碗中;
    • 6.兑点煮鸡腿的鸡汤,拌匀成调味汁;
    • 7.把调味汁淋在鸡肉上;
    • 8.撒上花生碎即可,大功告成。
