Steps to make 紫薯豆沙糕

  • 1.将紫薯蒸熟或者煮熟烤熟都行,去皮。
  • 2.将紫薯掰碎放入料理机,再加适量的牛奶。
  • 3.搅打成细腻的紫薯奶昔。
  • 4.向紫薯奶昔中加入等量的糯米粉和粘米粉,具体的量视干湿程度而定。
  • 5.用筷子搅拌成絮状。
  • 6.用手揉成一个三光面团,静置一会儿。
  • 7.将豆沙馅搓成小球。
  • 8.将紫薯面团分割成若干等份,搓圆。
  • 9.取一份紫薯面团,按扁,在中间放上豆沙馅。
  • 10.四周向中间推上去,包住馅料,包严收口。
  • 11.月饼模子内刷一层薄油。
  • 12.将做好的紫薯豆沙团子放进月饼模子。
  • 13.用力压一下,然后脱模。
  • 14.将所有做好的紫薯豆沙糕放进蒸锅。
  • 15.大火蒸20分钟就熟了。
  • 16.出国装盘就可以吃了。
