原味日式松饼

  • 无色植物油12g
  • 低筋粉50g
  • 无铝泡打粉1g
  • 香草精油1g

Steps to make 原味日式松饼

  • 1.食材图
  • 2.蛋清蛋黄分离开
  • 3.蛋黄 +白糖+1个全蛋液搅匀(忘了拍鸡蛋了)
  • 4.筛入低粉和泡打粉搅拌均匀,(不要过度用劲搅拌,要起面筋的)
  • 5.加入植物油拌匀成蛋黄糊放一旁待用
  • 6.蛋清加一点香草精油 ,绵白糖30克打至干性发泡
  • 7.蛋白霜分次加入到蛋黄面糊里上下翻拌均匀
  • 8.拌好的松饼糊
  • 9.小火加热不粘锅刷一层油
  • 10.舀一勺面糊进去
  • 11.舀一勺面糊进去盖上锅盖小火慢慢煎
  • 12.在饼底可以翻动的时候再舀三分子一面糊倒在饼上面,然后立刻翻面
  • 13.翻面煎另一面
  • 14.煎好的松饼相当的蓬松
  • 15.淋上蜂蜜更好吃
