做了肉松肯定是要做面包的,有馅的面包人人爱呀,再加上这次肉松做的也相当好,所以面包销路特别快!
秋冬的南瓜特别的甜,蒸好后揉进面团里也好,面包吸收了南瓜泥整个组织也会更软更甜;上周做了这个面包还没拍成品照都吃没了,所以前晚又做起,做为早餐非常的美味。

Steps to make 南瓜肉松卷

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料
  • 2.把除黄油、沙拉酱和肉松外的所有材料都放进面包机桶内,酵母放在面粉上
  • 3.选择好菜单面包机开始揉面
  • 4.20分钟的时候投入软化的黄油,继续揉面至出膜
  • 5.揉好后继续发酵至两倍大
  • 6.取出排气分小份,揉成水滴状松弛十分钟
  • 7.用擀面杖擀开
  • 8.上面放肉松挤沙拉酱
  • 9.卷起来收口捏紧成
  • 10.依次做完全部的面包,排入烤盘
  • 11.二次发酵至两倍大时刷蛋液撒芝麻
  • 12.入180度的烤箱中层20分钟完成
  • 13.组织很香软
