这种大蒜长得蒜瓣小小的,且到采收蒜苔也长不出来的。
老公喜欢吃腌制的咸口的大蒜,姑姐拿来了十几斤,剪完蒜头,我发现要扔掉的秸秆里有未出苔的蒜苔,特嫩,不舍得扔,就把秸秆扒掉外皮,跟蒜一起腌上了。

  • 1.大蒜剪去秸秆,去皮去根,纯净水浸泡半天,倒掉水。
  • 2.蒜秸秆,去外皮。
  • 3.煮锅烧纯净水。
  • 4.备好的大粒盐。
  • 5.水开放食盐放一边凉透。
  • 6.泡菜坛子,底部放蒜秸,上边放大蒜,倒入凉透的水和食盐,放50克香醋。放醋的目的不仅调味,主要是腌菜不坏。
  • 7.放阴凉处腌制半个月。
  • 8.成品。
