香蕉燕麦牛奶
牛奶燕麦粥倒是经常做,这个把香蕉加进去的食谱,我自己是第一次做。这个东西真真是防便秘啊,吃了一小碗下去,不一会儿立马酣畅淋漓,这是因为三种食材都可利便的缘故,而香蕉的加入,味道也没我想像中的那么难吃。很多老年人大便干,容易导致脑血管意外,此食谱有通大便的作用,能解便秘之忧,不过也有滑肠的作用,不可多吃。

Steps to make 香蕉燕麦牛奶

  • 1.原料准备好;
  • 2.牛奶剪开口倒入奶锅中,加入2匙清水;

  • 5.待牛奶麦片煮热后加入香蕉片,一起煮沸即可;
  • 6.盛碗即可食用。
