八宝饭
八宝饭、软糯香甜、色美味更美、
它象征团团圆圆、腊八节和过年不可少的美食、其营养丰富:
糯米性质甘温,对补中益气有很好的效果,因较难消化,所以老年人、小孩及病人都不适宜进食过多。莲子性平味甘,含有高蛋白质,有强心作用,有利于消除疲劳。红枣含高蛋白质、糖类、枣酸、钙、磷、铁、维生素 A、B2、C、P,除了补血,安心神,也有助增强食欲的效力。葡萄干含有一些能降低胆固醇的成分,其纤维和酒石酸也能使食物快速通过直肠,减少致癌物质停留在肠中的时间,改善直肠健康。

  • 蜜枣一颗
  • 白糖3勺
  • 食用油2勺

Steps to make 八宝饭

  • 1.糯米、莲子提前一晚泡发
  • 2.发好后沥干水份
  • 3.上锅蒸熟
  • 4.红枣洗净切成小块、摆放好(碗内要刷油、我这个没刷、因为平常蒸扣肉、已经不粘了)
  • 5.中间放一颗蜜枣、在放入葡萄干、如图
  • 6.摆上清红丝
  • 7.摆上分开的莲子、如图
  • 8.取出蒸好的糯米、放入食用油(本来应该用猪油的、可是我家婆婆不能吃、就用了色拉油)白糖拌匀
  • 9.用勺子舀入碗中、轻轻压一下、
  • 10.铺到3分之二时就铺一层红豆沙馅
  • 11.然后再铺满糯米
  • 12.在上锅蒸30分钟左右即可
  • 13.倒扣
  • 14.漂亮呢
  • 15.软糯香甜、非常好吃
