豌豆很有营养。夏季的豌豆清香甜嫩。冬季里干豌豆做豌豆糕很不错。做法简单快捷。每次都会现做先吃,不但新鲜口感也好。北京小吃豌豆黄特别的好吃,口感很细腻。我做的有小颗粒的豌豆,味道也和豌豆黄一样的好吃。

Steps to make 新版豌豆黄

  • 1.脱皮的干豌豆
  • 2.清洗出浮沫
  • 3.用二倍的温水泡6个小时左右 泡的时间长 煮的时间会缩短
  • 4.泡好的豌豆小火慢煮
  • 5.煮的时候注意别煮糊 煮到锅里没汤的时候就可以
  • 6.放糖 把豆子挤压成茸
  • 7.放进保鲜盒里抹平盖上 放冰箱恒温一个晚上最好
  • 8.定型好的豌豆糕 脱模很容易
