Steps to make 椒盐蘑菇

  • 1.蘑菇洗净晾干,撕成细条
  • 2.鸡蛋磕入碗中,加淀粉、盐、胡椒粉、鸡精搅拌均匀
  • 3.将鸡蛋液倒入蘑菇条中搅匀
  • 4.空锅烧热,加花椒粉、盐、糖、胡椒粉炒热出香盛出备用
  • 5.锅内入油,烧4成热,依次下入拌好的蘑菇条炸至金黄捞出沥干油
  • 6.将炒好的调料撒入蘑菇中拌匀即可
