拔丝马蹄
荸荠又名水芋、地栗、马蹄等。是莎草科植物荸荠的球茎,在我国栽培较多主要产于南方。荸荠性味甘、寒。有清热化痰、消积,降血压的功效。

Steps to make 拔丝马蹄

  • 1.去皮洗净的马蹄。
  • 2.用面粉加入鸡蛋和少许淀粉。
  • 3.调成的脆皮糊,静置几分钟。
  • 4.把马蹄裹上面糊。
  • 5.油烧热下锅炸定型后中小火炸。
  • 6.炸至外皮金黄酥脆。
  • 7.捞出沥油。
  • 8.锅底留少许油加白糖炒。(中小火)
  • 9.不要停一直炒,炒好的糖浆。
  • 10.把炸好的马蹄倒入,快速的翻炒均匀的裹上糖浆。
  • 11.上桌了,准备一碗凉开水 开吃。
