椰香红茶吐司
作为一个强迫症,我很喜欢吃土司而且一定要是方形的,看到山形吐司就有种心理不大舒服的感觉,这个吐司把牛奶换成了椰奶,又加了红茶进去,别有一番风味呢!气温终于高了再也不用担心发酵一个面团要发酵几个小时,夏天正式做面包的好时机,不要错过呢!

  • 高筋粉250g
  • 低筋粉50g
  • 砂糖45g
  • 鸡蛋液25g
  • 清水190g
  • 橄榄油25g
  • 椰子粉17g
  • 奶粉5g
  • 食盐3g
  • 酵母3g
  • 红茶粉4g

Steps to make 椰香红茶吐司

  • 1.椰子粉17g,放到碗里
  • 2.加入少量清水把椰子粉化开
  • 3.冲好的椰子粉转移到面包机内桶里面
  • 4.加入3g食盐
  • 5.加入45g砂糖
  • 6.加入25g打散的鸡蛋液
  • 7.先筛入250g高筋粉
  • 8.筛入50g低筋粉
  • 9.加入5g奶粉
  • 10.在上面加入3g酵母粉
  • 11.加入4g红茶粉
  • 12.最后加入25g橄榄油
  • 13.面包机开启一个和面程序
  • 14.和好的面团拿出来自然发酵
  • 15.发酵好的面团分成三个剂子
  • 16.先擀开呈长条状
  • 17.然后卷起来,收口向下
  • 18.放进吐司模具中继续第二次发酵
  • 19.发酵到八分满的时候盖上盖子
  • 20.放进烤箱里面,上下火下层,175度35分钟即可!
