  • 1.先把买回来的香椿芽摘洗干净。
  • 2.放入水中浸泡10分钟。
  • 3.控干水分。
  • 4.放到盖垫上晾干。
  • 5.取一个干净盆,放入一层香椿芽。
  • 6.撒上一层盐。
  • 7.一层香椿芽,一层盐。
  • 8.最后一层撒上盐,用盆盖严实。
  • 9.第一天每两小时倒一次盆,倒4次就行。
  • 10.第二天4小时倒一次盆,第三天用两手把香椿芽搓蔫了。用盆盖好20天后香椿芽就腌好了。
  • 11.放入盘中,看腌的香椿芽不错吧
