Steps to make 樱桃果酱

  • 1.樱桃洗净切开,去掉果核。(也可以用筷子捅出果核)
  • 2.将樱桃和糖按照一层樱桃一层糖的次序放入容器中冷藏腌渍2小时。
  • 3.腌制到糖融化,果汁析出后取出。
  • 4.将樱桃连汁一同倒入锅内。
  • 5.中火熬煮20分钟左右,煮至果肉变软。
  • 6.入柠檬汁搅拌均匀,调小火继续熬煮。
  • 7.煮至汤汁渐渐浓稠后加入麦芽糖,搅拌均匀后继续熬煮。
  • 8.煮到汤汁快要收干的程度即可关火,将煮好的果酱趁热装入瓶中,将瓶子倒置一会,晾凉后冷藏。
