  • 低筋面粉115克
  • 蔓越莓干35克
  • 全蛋液1大勺
  • 白砂糖60克
  • 黄油75克

Steps to make 蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.准备好所有材料
  • 2.将黄油软化后加入糖粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入1大勺蛋液,搅拌均匀
  • 4.蔓越莓干先切小一点 倒入,搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入低筋面粉揉成面团
  • 6.用两把刀夹好面团,尺寸差不多即可,裹上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷冻1小时左右,使其有点硬度好切;
  • 7.时间到取出面团,贴片 大概6MM后(同时预热烤箱)
  • 8.烤盘垫上垫纸,将饼干一一摆上烤盘;上下货各170°烤18-22分钟
