甘草九制陈皮(凉果)
之前不是教大家做过陈皮嘛,然后很多人留言问我是不是就是街上卖的那种九制陈皮,那可不是的,上次做的陈皮是中药陈皮,泡水或者是炖肉用的,既然大家问起来了,那我索性好人做到底,今天给大家一个九制陈皮的配方吧~
九制陈皮是一种凉果类点心,主要就是陈皮和甘草,比较清肺化食,马上也要过年了吃了大鱼大肉不消化的可以多吃点这个哦,酸酸甜甜很好吃!
甘草性平,不用担心冬天吃会伤元气哦~

  • 甘草25g
  • 清水500g
  • 砂糖100g
  • 食盐20g

Steps to make 甘草九制陈皮(凉果)

  • 1.首先就是干陈皮脱苦,干陈皮用冷水泡一夜,换水冲洗四五次
  • 2.然后在锅里面快速焯水4分钟,取出来冷水漂洗四五次
  • 3.然后放到阴凉的地方阴干,不要特别干,还有点微微软即可
  • 4.然后就是煮浆:500g清水加25g甘草煮十五分钟以上,液体收缩成为原来的三分之一,关火浸泡一个小时以上
  • 5.泡好的料液滤出来甘草放到一边晒干,小火继续熬煮,放进去20g食盐
  • 6.加入100g砂糖
  • 7.然后把阴干的陈皮泡进料液里面去,泡一夜
  • 8.第二天捞出来放到太阳底下晒,晒到半干之后继续浸泡,直到吸收所有料液为止,然后晒到半干
  • 9.这时候把煮过并且晒干的甘草放进料理机
  • 10.打成粉末
  • 11.然后晒到半干的陈皮放进面包机内桶里面
  • 12.并且加入陈皮粉末
  • 13.面包机开始一个翻炒干货程序即可!
