米面调糊是西北最普通的农家风味,深受广大群众的喜爱。正宗做法大多是下入大米熬煮,现在多以剩米饭代替,再下入手擀面,有米有面,口感醇香浓郁,既解决了剩饭又享用了美食。

  • 剩米饭1碗
  • 黄豆芽少许
  • 木耳少许
  • 海带丝少许
  • 蒜苔少许
  • 蒜苗1颗
  • 葱花少许
  • 辣椒面2勺
  • 五香粉1匙
  • 鸡精少许

Steps to make 米面调糊

  • 1.剩米饭。
  • 2.手擀面切成柳叶形。
  • 3.黄豆芽、木耳、海带丝、蒜苔备用。
  • 4.蒜苗切碎。
  • 5.炒锅放油烧热,放葱花炒香,放辣椒面炒出红油,再放入所有的配菜。
  • 6.放入盐、五香粉、生抽,翻炒片刻,加入开水。
  • 7.倒入剩米饭。
  • 8.加足开水,熬煮片刻。
  • 9.下入柳叶面。
  • 10.待面片煮熟,放入蒜苗碎、鸡精。
  • 11.成品。
