”胃“他煮一碗暖心养胃的南瓜粥
快节奏的生活,让我们都忙于工作而多余生活,也许大家的借口都是为了生活没有办法
可是回头想想没有了身体工作再好有什么用,我的胃一直都不怎么好
也是以前工作太忙烙下的病根,现在空一点就经常会煲汤给自己和家人一起调理身体
今天这款南瓜玉米粥不光色泽艳丽,口味清香,玉米更具有调中开胃,降浊利尿等功效,而南瓜则能温中健脾,结合了两者的营养粥,不仅口味清淡,而且是最适合夏季祛湿的食谱。
听起来就很不错吧,做法也不难,相当的简单

Steps to make ”胃“他煮一碗暖心养胃的南瓜粥

  • 1.准备好南瓜,最好是老南瓜,越老越香甜,昨天我买的不是特别的老,可能季节还不到缘故吧
  • 2.玉米粒和大米浸泡半小时,这样煲出来的粥更香甜,我没有用新鲜的玉米,这玉米干煮出来的粥也很好吃哦超市里就有卖
  • 3.南瓜切丝,因为我买的不是特别熟的,怕南瓜不容易蒸熟
  • 4.南瓜置锅上,蒸十五分钟左右.....
  • 5.可能是我这个南瓜不是很熟的缘故,最后还是用榨汁机榨了下,老的南瓜就不会
  • 6.另取一个锅,锅内先放入大米先煮熟...........
  • 7.大米煮25分钟后放入玉米粒,搅拌均匀继续煮五六分钟左右
  • 8.最后放入南瓜泥,五六分钟就可以啦,真的很清香哦
  • 9.在没有食欲的人看见这亮丽的颜色和清香的口感也会忍不住多喝两碗
