  • 1.准备好用料。
  • 2.鸡蛋打散,火腿肠、豆腐切小块。
  • 3.锅中放水烧开,倒入火腿肠、豆腐。
  • 4.放适量盐调味。
  • 5.放适量蔬之鲜煮1分钟。
  • 6.倒入调好的水淀粉。(水淀粉按个人口味加多少,喜欢浓稠的可多放点。)
  • 7.再次煮开后放入鸡蛋。
  • 8.加少许芝麻油拌匀即可关火。
