马蹄鲜肉小笼包

  • 马蹄5个

  • 生抽3勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 香油1勺
  • 色拉油1勺
  • 鸡精1匙
  • 花椒粉1匙
  • 胡椒粉1匙
  • 白糖1匙

Steps to make 马蹄鲜肉小笼包

  • 1.把葱、姜、马蹄切成小丁。
  • 2.葱和姜用榨汁机榨成葱姜泥。
  • 3.将上述调料与肉馅混匀。
  • 4.用筷子沿一个方向搅拌,直至呈粘稠状,然后放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 5.此时开始和面,和好的面团放入有热水的蒸锅内发酵。
  • 6.一直到面团体积膨胀两倍左右即可。
  • 7.发好的面团揉搓排气,然后搓成长条,再分成大小均等的面剂子。
  • 8.面剂子用擀面杖擀成圆形面片,包入适量馅封口,具体包法看个人。包完放蒸屉里二次发酵,大约10~15分钟就可以了。
  • 9.醒好后,大火把蒸炉里的水烧开,包子放进去蒸15分钟,关火。五分钟后再揭开盖子,香喷喷的小笼包就出炉啦!
