香菇肉馅蒸饺

Steps to make 香菇肉馅蒸饺

  • 1.香菇清洗干净,焯水后过凉攥干。
  • 2.用料理机把香菇绞打碎。
  • 3.精肉剁成泥,加入剁碎的葱头,盐,蚝油,植物油,五香粉。
  • 4.搅拌均匀。
  • 5.放入香菇碎。
  • 6.拌匀成馅。
  • 7.面要在做馅之前和好饧着,蒸饺的面最好和的软一点,比正常饺子面要软,饺子面最好的比例是500g面加250g的水,蒸饺的面可以多加30g的水。
  • 8.做小剂子,擀饼。
  • 9.包成大饺子状。
  • 10.都做好,蒸锅烧开水,放入包好的饺子,上汽后蒸15分钟即可。
