Steps to make 海苔肉松小贝

  • 1.准备好食材:低筋粉70克,鸡蛋3个,牛奶50克,白砂糖60克,色拉油50克,沙拉酱、肉松适量
  • 2.把蛋黄和蛋白分离,放在无水无油的盆内
  • 3.用手动打蛋器把色拉油,牛奶和蛋黄充分搅匀
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,把面粉和蛋液翻拌均匀,不能划圈,容易起筋
  • 5.蛋白三个加入7-8滴柠檬汁低速打发到有鱼泡眼第一次加糖
  • 6.高速打发到蛋白变细腻第二次加糖
  • 7.继续打发到蛋白有明显的纹路第三次加糖
  • 8.最后打发至打蛋器头出现尖角即可
  • 9.取1/3的蛋白加入蛋黄中,翻拌几下
  • 10.再把蛋黄糊全部倒入蛋白中,翻拌均匀,不可划圈
  • 11.烤盘上铺上油纸,再把调好的蛋糕液倒入一次性的裱花袋中,挤出蛋糊液
  • 12.放入预热的好的烤箱中层,160度15分钟左右,看蛋糕上色均匀即可
  • 13.准备好海苔肉松
  • 14.烤好的蛋糕片底部挤上沙拉酱
  • 15.再盖上另一片蛋糕片
  • 16.再在蛋糕的最上面也挤上沙拉酱(两面都要挤上,抹匀
  • 17.最后裹上肉松即可
  • 18.很香,口味很好...
