明天又是元宵节了,再不上个应景的,我怕有人拿砖拍我。
     所以今天上超市买了一堆汤元粉、汤元馅准备明天做汤元的,然后突然想起来年前好象也倒腾过一两回汤元,记得当时也是拍了照的,但是拍完了我就忘记了,照片扔哪了我不记得了。
    嘿嘿!看多了别家的煮汤圆,来尝尝俺家的炸汤元如何?
    虽然号称油炸的东西不健康,但俺历来宣扬的就是喝凉水也有噎死的,就为了怕噎死总不能不喝了?所以哪怕有些食品不那么健康,但偶尔尝试一下也无妨,只要不是天天吃就行!
    适度的控制和合理的搭配,才是健康的根本之道!
    何况油炸的食品有它无可替代的香酥口感,放弃这样的美味,不是我这种吃货的生存方式,哈哈!

  • 糯米粉300克
  • 温水240克
  • 红豆沙馅200克
  • 熟白芝麻100克

Steps to make 香酥麻团

  • 1.将糯米粉和温水调和,揉成均匀的粉团,红豆沙和芝麻置于碗中备用。
  • 2.将粉团分成等份,搓长条、出剂子,揉成均等大小的圆球状。
  • 3.取一个小球,按扁,中间放入适量红豆沙馅。
  • 4.收口、包好、重新搓圆,注意包的时候收口要捏紧,防止漏馅。
  • 5.将包好的汤团在芝麻碗里滚一圈,使其表面均匀的包裹上白芝麻。
  • 6.重复动作,将所有的汤团都裹上芝麻。
  • 7.炒锅倒大半锅油,大火烧至六成热时,改中小火,下入麻团,表面变色后轻轻抄动。
  • 8.炸至麻团表面呈均匀的焦黄色时,捞起滤干油份。
  • 9.装盘即可食用。
