香辣烤豆腐

Steps to make 香辣烤豆腐

  • 1.豆腐切块,码放于垫锡纸的烤盘中
  • 2.用叉子插一些孔,便于入味
  • 3.刷一层蚝油
  • 4.放入预热好的烤箱,230度烤20分钟
  • 5.趁着烤豆腐的时间,我们来做干辣椒蘸料:把粗盐、孜然粒、麻椒五香粉放到锅中,不加油小火翻炒至盐色发黄,能闻到麻椒味道,然后加入粗辣椒继续小火翻炒至闻到辣椒香味,关火待微凉,用擀面杖擀碎,加入适量熟白芝麻。这款百搭的干辣椒蘸料就做好了,可以搭配各种烤制、煎炸类小菜。
  • 6.20分钟后取出豆腐,翻面再刷一层蚝油,继续230度20分钟
  • 7.时间到了,取出豆腐装盘,撒些干辣椒蘸料,再加些香菜
