原味戚风蛋糕
喜欢吃蛋糕,可是外面买的太甜,有时候还不一定新鲜,参考了心美食朋友的可可戚风蛋糕方子,减了糖和油的分量,没有可可粉,就做成原味的喽!以后就吃自己做的,放心健康噢!

  • 低筋粉100克
  • 牛奶70克
  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 75克(蛋白里加15克,蛋黄里加60克)
  • 玉米油30克

Steps to make 原味戚风蛋糕

  • 1.蛋清和蛋黄分离。有了分离器,确实是方便哦!再也不用担心蛋黄掉到蛋清里了!
  • 2.蛋黄中加糖,牛奶,玉米油搅拌成均匀。
  • 3.加入低筋粉搅拌成细腻的蛋黄糊。
  • 4.蛋清滴几滴白醋,糖分三次加入打到有小弯钩。
  • 5.蛋白霜分三次加到蛋黄糊里,注意要切拌的手法,不要划圈圈小心消泡。
  • 6.倒入八寸模具,轻轻震几下放入烤箱。
  • 7.烤箱预热180度,放入蛋糕调为150度烤一个小时。
  • 8.烤箱叮当一声OK,取出蛋糕轻轻震几下倒扣晾凉。
