椰蓉辫子吐司
一直想买个吐司盒终于到手了,又问了俺家小主说想吃椰蓉的,得嘞!赶紧做个椰蓉吐司吧!
将调好的椰蓉馅料包在面里,编成辫子状;做好的吐司用手撕着吃,很有层次,口感很棒哦!

  • 高筋粉280克
  • 牛奶110克
  • 食盐4克
  • 白糖20克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 发酵粉5克
  • 黄油20克
  • 椰蓉馅70克
  • 杏仁片15克

Steps to make 椰蓉辫子吐司

  • 1.将牛奶、多半个鸡蛋、食盐 、高粉、白糖发酵粉,按顺序放入面包机内执行2次揉面程序;
  • 2.再放入黄油,再次执行揉面程序;
  • 3.将揉好的面团倒入面盆中,室温下发面;
  • 4.室温下面团发至2倍大,在面团中间扎个孔洞排气;
  • 5.将发好的面团分成3个面团,略整形后松弛20分钟;
  • 6.取一面团擀成长条的面片,铺上椰蓉馅,长的一面封口;
  • 7.将封口朝下,按压几下;
  • 8.用刀在包好馅的面片上划几刀;
  • 9.将三天面片编成辫子状;
  • 10.放入吐司模具内,二次醒发1个小时;
  • 11.醒发好后,刷蛋液,撒上杏仁片,入烤箱,180度,35分钟即可。
