Steps to make 爆炒花甲

  • 1.把花甲焯水,开口后便马上捞起清洗干净。
  • 2.把香葱切段,豆鼓,生姜和蒜子切碎备用。
  • 3.热锅下油,把葱白部分,豆鼓,生姜,蒜粒放进炒香。
  • 4.再把花甲倒进。
  • 5.淋上几滴米酒,不停翻炒数十秒,再加少量水焖半分钟左右。
  • 6.水将干时把葱段加进,再适当调味便可。
  • 7.非常鲜美的一道菜。
