鲜香皮蛋瘦肉粥
很爱吃皮蛋瘦肉粥。每次吃都得叫外卖。最近才刚学会。今天就发下我们家的皮蛋瘦肉粥菜谱。

  • 1.猪肉切薄用生粉。烧烤汁。一小勺盐腌一会。
  • 2.米洗净加水用高压锅煮。消气后打开祸盖用小火熬。我喜欢吃米稠的。
  • 3.胡椒粒捣碎。胡椒粒的味道和胡椒粉完全不同。
  • 4.切姜丝。葱花。。忽略我的刀功吧~~
  • 5.粥中先加入胡椒粒和姜丝。开了再放入猪肉。搅散。
  • 6.皮蛋用线切。横三化。
  • 7.竖划交叉。整个放进粥里用勺背压散。
  • 8.煮开加入葱花。适量盐。鸡精即可
