八珍糕是浙江绍兴地区汉族传统名点之一,历史悠久。
八珍糕的各种材料药性平和,补养非常和缓,在补足脾胃之气的过程中,可以起到很大的作用。方中的薏苡仁健脾开胃、补中去湿;芡实补脾止泻、养心益肾;扁豆理中益气、补肾健胃;莲子健脾开胃、补中去湿;山药健脾胃、益肺肾、补虚劳、祛风湿;茯苓健脾补中、宁心安神、利水渗湿。这几味搭配在一起,有补中益气、开胃健脾的功效。

Steps to make 八珍糕

  • 1.将所有粉类分别称重,有几种混合一起了
  • 2.用100g温水将糖化开备用。
  • 3.八珍粉加入糖水和适量清水混合揉匀成团,搭上湿布醒十分钟。
  • 4.将面团分成三十克左右的小糕体,用50g月饼模具将小团压制成糕点。
  • 5.大火烧开上汽后转中小火15分钟。
  • 6.有补中益气,开胃健脾的功效
