酱黄瓜-----配稀饭必备
去年回家呆了一年,在家也没什么特别的事儿,所以除了折腾吃的还是折腾吃的,家里人吧老爸最爱喝粥,所以我除了买了各种粥的配料之外,还经常琢磨给老爸搭配点小菜,这样吃起来更爽口,粥吗除了对胃好,尤其炎热的夏天更是必不可少。。。
这个酱黄瓜也是无心看到的帖子就做了,没有想到爸妈喜欢,连带隔壁邻居都爱的不行,要跟我学,今天就分享给大家吧

  • 六七瓣

  • 朝天椒五六个
  • 泡椒两小袋
  • 生抽240ml
  • 白醋240ml

Steps to make 酱黄瓜-----配稀饭必备

  • 1.准备好所有需要的材料,黄瓜最好是选择嫩一点的
  • 2. 黄瓜用刀背刮去黄瓜皮上的刺儿,清洗干净,用厨房纸擦去外面的水,然后再切成均匀粗细的条儿...
  • 3.切好的黄瓜条儿装入一个无水无油的大容器里,撒上两勺盐,翻拌均匀,腌制五六个小时,让黄瓜彻底出水,这样会更有脆感。。。
  • 4.大蒜剥去外皮切片,老姜洗净吹干水份切片儿,准备少许朝天椒适量
  • 5.将生抽,白醋,冰糖放进一个耐腐蚀,无油无水的容器当中,放入切好的蒜片,姜片,,准备好的辣椒和泡椒腌制冰糖融化
  • 6.将腌制好的控一下水分,然后放入上一步调好的料汁儿中,腌制五小时左右,腌制的过程当中偶尔翻拌一下,这样呢每块黄瓜都能均匀的沾上酱汁儿
  • 7.将腌制过的黄瓜及调味料过滤出来控一下酱汁儿
  • 8.将过滤好的酱汁儿放在锅里大火烧开转小火煮五分钟左右
  • 9. 待酱汁凉凉后放入黄瓜条继续腌制,最后将黄瓜连同酱汁儿一起放入保鲜盒内,一般两到三天就可以开吃咯
  • 10. 看这色泽是不是口水哗啦啦,绝了酸辣脆爽
  • 11.这个简直是稀饭杀手,绝配哦
