羊肉烧萝卜
菜市场买羊肉的摊位不少,看起来也都挺好,在市场最头上的那一家买的。原本不想买太多,够吃顿就可以了,可那买肉的心狠,一刀下去就是一斤多,米妈只好分成两次吃了,炖一次,烧一次,也换换口味。

 主料还是萝卜和羊肉,做法不一样,味道当然也不一样,烧出来比较入味儿,孩子们吃的更香些。

  • 1.材料图。
  • 2.羊肉切小块,加洋葱和姜片焯水。
  • 3.萝卜洋葱切丁备用。
  • 4.焯好的羊肉洗去浮沫,洗时尽可能用温水。
  • 5.焯好的羊肉切好的萝卜放进电压力锅中,加两汤匙香油。
  • 6.两汤匙生抽。
  • 7.两汤匙红烧汁,没有可以用红烧酱油。
  • 8.三汤匙料酒。
  • 9.放适量的盐。
  • 10.搅拌均匀。
  • 11.通电后选拔肉类键。
  • 12.开锅后磨胡椒粉调味,上桌前可以撒香菜碎。
