无油香菇酿肉末鹌鹑
低热量无油香菇酿肉末鹌鹑,这道菜简单而美味!嫩嫩的鹌鹑蛋,香菇紧实多汁,再加上肉末黄豆酱的咸鲜味道棒棒的。我家孩子平时不爱吃香菇,经过我这样搭配意外惊喜居然爱上了啊!哈哈哈!喜欢的朋友赶紧试试吧!(如果没有烤箱的朋友可以蒸着吃)

Steps to make 无油香菇酿肉末鹌鹑

  • 1.准备45g肉末
  • 2.加入10g黄豆酱
  • 3.加入香葱、料酒搅拌均匀腌制20分钟入味。
  • 4.鲜香菇去蒂清洗干净沥干。摆在烤盘上。(香菇一定要挑大个的,要不然装不下的哦)!
  • 5.放入腌制好的肉末(肉末尽量往香菇的周围铺,这样中间有些凹槽鹌鹑蛋打入时蛋黄居中)。预热烤箱180度。
  • 6.打入鹌鹑蛋
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱180度18分钟。
  • 8.出炉装盘,随意可以撒些黑芝麻或者孜然粉。(也可以直接吃)
  • 9.来一口!
  • 10.成品
