Steps to make 豆腐海蛎汤

  • 1.海蛎子用水清洗,残留的壳和泥沙要洗干净。
  • 2.清洗的水沉淀备用。
  • 3.豆腐切块。
  • 4.豆腐块焯水,水里要放盐。
  • 5.起锅烧油,爆香葱放入少许五香粉。
  • 6.沉淀好的海蛎子水倒进去,要慢慢倒,不要把碗底的沉淀物倒进去,汤不够用水补齐。
  • 7.放入一勺生抽,一小勺盐。
  • 8.煮开放入豆腐块。
  • 9.豆腐块多煮一会儿,大约十分钟左右放入海蛎子。
  • 10.汤稍微冒泡就关火,余热足够烫熟,海蛎子不要煮太久。
  • 11.撒点葱叶,成品。
